Double Effect of Exercises: The exercises are designed to reduce abdominal volume and increase lower back mobility. Viewers are encouraged to measure their abdomen's volume and spine's mobility before starting and to record these measurements in the comments for comparison later. Initial Measurements: Viewers are instructed to measure their abdomen at the level of the navel, both on inhale and exhale, and note the flexibility of their spine by bending over and marking the reach. Exercise 1 - Back Arching: Lying on the stomach with hands extended forward, participants are instructed to straighten their arms and arch their backs, repeating the movement 10 times. Exercise 2 - Vacuum Exercise: In the same position, viewers are asked to exhale and pull in their stomach, maintaining the contraction during inhalation, and repeating five times. Exercise 3 - Knee Rotation: Lying on the back with a roller or ball clamped between the knees, viewers rotate their knees from side to side to work the oblique muscles, repeating 10 times each way. Exercise 4 - Leg Lifting: The exercise involves lifting legs and performing a similar side-to-side movement, adding resistance with a band between the knees for more intensity. Exercise 5 - Inflating and Deflating the Stomach: With legs lifted and turned to the side, viewers are instructed to inflate and deflate their stomachs while maintaining the tension of the band, repeating the movement 5 to 10 times for each side.

Just checking back in from 13 days ago. At that time I had lost one and a half inches, measured at the belly button so as to include the love handles. Now, I have lost another one and a half inches for a total of three. I do the exercises 3-4 times a week. This also helps with your lower back and hips. Thanks Dr. Alekseev. I'll keep them up.

I have fibroid in my uterus, and they became even bigger after pregnancy with a C-section. I always looked five months pregnant with my fibroid and tummy fat. After multiple repetitions of this exercise, I see my tummy going in. Gaining my confidence back with my dress. I am loving my body more. Thank you, doctor. You are a lifesaver! It's amazing, thank you. My back was actually hurting before I did it for the first time. Right after the excercise session the pain was gone and most of the bone clean clicking as I moved. Next morning my waste looked smaller. So it bypasses the muscle swelling process and the results are practically immediate. Thanks for such a positive contribution to my life

@@Saimaasif9 जो exercise ये बता रहे है। उसे करने से पहले टेप से पेट की चौड़ाई नोट करना एक बार सास को अंदर लेकर और दूसरी बार सास को छोड़कर। दोनो को लिखकर रखना। और घुटने सीधे रखने के बाद हाथ जमीन को टच करने की कोशिश करना और कितना इंच जमीन और हाथ में गैप है ये भी लिखकर रखना। फिर एक्सरसाइज जैसे बताए वैसे करने के बाद पेट की चौड़ाई कितनी हुई लिखकर चेक करना है। ऐसा हर दिन करना है।

Unless you change your diet, belly can not go anywhere. Unless someone is athlete, it is a different matter. Diet is number 1, 2 and 3.

You are absolutely correct.. inhale and exhale in reverse mode in these exercises will give instant belly loss results. Regular practise definitely will give flat stomach.👍

Wow that is amazing, before exercise my hip measurement was 140 cm and after exercise 134 cm. Waist inhale before exercise 123 cm after 115 cm and exhale before exercise 134 cm after 122 cm. I will continue exercises. Also my back feels better.

This works . 😂 i was sceptical at first but i did the exercises with the doctor in the video as best as i could . I must add this is my first time I came across this doctor's video and i can say there definitely was a marked difference in my reach (and mobility of my spine ) with my second measurement. This exercise from Dr. Alekseev is working. I have lost one and a half inches, measured at the belly button, after completing six sessions. Thank you, Doctor! I will stay with this 5-6 times a week and see what happens. Will check back in a week.

Those are two of foundation movements in pilates. If you want to lose fat, you got to deficit your calorie intake, and you cannot chose from which body part the body burns the fat. Temporary shrinkage in your waist after doing those movement is because your muscle is still contracting right after.

Not everybody can afford pilates classes, but these can easily be done at home and would be so good for people 15:00 who are either losing weight or have lost all they need but muscles are a bit slack.

I show perfect strangers clips of dr Alekseev in grocery stores and they thank me! I only wonder if doctor alexiv knows The humor in the tempo and the cadence and the inflections used with the English dubbing, and when the tempo picks up and volume is variable.. it's like throwing in comedy but helps you remember... he also understands human Psychology
