Hi, burning an incense does not take anyone to their higher self. People in USA, Europe, Australia Africa, Canada are indoctrinated with a set of belief systems. Your eyes are used for gathering information only.. Your perceptions come from you gathering information. This information is then stored in your memory.. Remove the incense burning, remove noise (music), eat a meatless diet with any alcohol or drugs. Get up every morning at 3:15am and meditate. Do your pranayam and yoga. Everyday fast for 12 hours. By doing so your colon will be clean and you will not have toxicity in your body.. You will get to your higher self..this only occurs if you do your own individual footwork. Lord Vishnu blesses you..

We haven't tried it, but using salt is an excellent idea! Some folks also use sand.

So we are not essentially burning coal enough to produce harmful fumes from the actual coal itself??

Hi Sydney! We do not recommend lighting the resin by itself. It's best to light a piece of charcoal, then place the resin on top. The ash is optional, but it does help protect your dish, as well as keep the heat in while burning. You could also use sand (:

You can burn this on charcoal but it's better with smaller chunks and a mica plate

Would you kindly explain how to burn this using essential oil burner and which oil. Also should resin be powdered/or tiny pebble like pieces be used. 🕉️
