My weight 60kg ,height 6 feet ,hip 80cm, neck 38cm .. As you said in that calculator I put these value ..it shows my body fat is 12%,fat Mass 7%..lean mass 53 kg .. So what is these body fat , fat Mass and lean Mass means . I can't understand also my target is to reach 70kg in 6months .so how much body fat and fat Mass i.should have

According to your video my weight - 110kg height - 173 cm waist - 113 cm neck - 49cm. Bodyfat - 29% fat mass - 32 kg lean mass - 77 kg how much i should readuce, however it is awesome idea to measure body fat, i hope i will get reply soon, thanks in advance.
