My skill side of my game is great but i need to work on my mental side. I think sometimes i’m too hard on myself and other times to nervous that i’ll mess up the play

I get nervous whenever someone passes me the puck I hesitate with it a lot and I tend to make bad decisions

About that first part I’m right now going to a championship for a tourney and I have the second type but I partly am worried that I will make mistakes because I’ve been whiffing all tourney
