With all of the leftover caramel and apples from apple picking, I figured I would make a Caramel Apple Cake! The cake itself is an Apple spice cake. I used my American Buttercream recipe and added in cinnamon for flavor. The inside of the cake layers have a thin coating of caramel...YUM! The cake was super easy to make and a great idea to use up any & all leftover candy and apples!
