This cake is perfect for any beginner cake decorator! You don't have to worry about getting the frosting perfectly smooth if you don't want! I added a parchment round on the top of the cake and covered it in more buttercream so when the cake was going to be cut, the entire top with the flowers can just come right off. Also, it means the flowers never touched any edible part of the cake! You can get creative and add any flowers you'd like on the top!
