Uhhh they are not pests. You usually find them in healthy soil, and they help keep it that way. All they do is eat decaying matter, mold, fungus, etc. That is a good thing. They are used in terrariums to help manage the messes caused by waste (poo), again fungus and mold, among other things you don't want building up in your setup. No reason to waste time trying to get rid of them.
If they are in your house unintentionally, there is a problem in your house, the problem isn’t the springtails.. they serve as an indicator in this case but are otherwise harmless to you!
