I know this is about a year old - but here's some comments : (1) When removing the passenger air filter cover, don't forget the air suspension air supply line on the side of the cover (looks like yours was already disconnected) - it can be a bit of a pain, as it can be pretty tight. (2) Since I do a fair amount of work on my engine (2009 Cayenne GTS), I tend to leave off the plastic beauty panels (I just leave on the engine name plate, as it's easy to pull right off) - saves a few minutes before/after working on the engine. (3) When I did my plug and coils, I discovered every coil had a crack - only one cylinder was misfiring, but was a good thing I planned on replacing them all. (4) The lining up of the air filter housing pins is to make sure the air filter housing is correctly aligned and seated - don't force the pins, or you may strip the key on the side of the pin. (5) If you find hammering on your Porsche to be odd, try using a pickle fork to separate the ball joints - I was swinging a sledge hammer on the car as hard as I could - just don't miss! (6) FCP Euro is great - and they have lifetime replacement on everything - so if you need to replace your coils again, they will only be the cost of shipping the dead one(s) back. Same for the plugs if you got them from FCP Euro.

Great job Turn 5ive! Super informative! As a car owner who has done little to no maintenance, how do you keep all the parts organized to know where they go back?
