Cerakote is a phenomenal product but he really needs to completely disassemble those latches especially. Maybe he’s got a way to get all the AO out of there but I’m going to go ahead and guess he couldn’t. With that said, I had a pair of Manley pliers I cerakoted and used daily on a charter boat for years without ever intentionally rinsing with fresh water to see how it held up and it was fantastic. Cerakote is incredible and I’m glad it’s making its way into the marine world
