Hi There, The tricky part is removing the trapezoid shaped cover over the circuit board in the centre of the machine. You need a very small screw driver to lever the plastic out so you can access the screws. Also on the front end there is a grey cover that goes around the hose entry point. This also needs to be levered off starting at the top. I will make a video next time I get one in for repair.

The key is to gently heat with a heat gun at lowest setting and not too close to the plastic sheathing of both the cord and the grommet prior to crimping and inserting into the powerhead body. A slight heating softens the plastics making them easier to crimp together and into the powerhead body
