Should also take some scotch brite cloth to clutches with brake cleaner , and give a secondary clutch a few spins after getting belt on, great video 🙌🏾
Nice job. I have not had to change a belt yet, but I did take the cover down to blow out the clutches. I never did get the cover all the way off, so thanks for the little tip.
KampinKevin when you do have to replace your belt make sure you break your new one in just like when it was new otherwise you are gonna blow that new belt hella quick!
I am going to try to do it myself. I recommend anybody that owns a RZR to learn how to do this because if you ride like me, 80 miles deep into the deserts of Arizona, it just might save your life. Aside from wrecking/flipping your RZR out in the middle of nowhere, there is nothing worse than having a belt break in the middle of nowhere and your forced to hike many miles to get help.
Do you have proper shock adjustments video? I adjusted them but feel the feel lose or sound different at full Extension when I’m riding and the wheel comes off of a hill or a bump when it fully extends I’m not sure if that’s correct
digrigsonly glazing is caused by slipping, white acceleration the belts can “hourglass” which will cause poor acceleration, jerking jumping and hard shifting. Good video tho
