is there a skid plate underneath there? if so, is it necessary to remove it? Was thinkg about purchasing one of these in the near future

There is a plastic skid plate under the engine but it’s not necessary to remove it. We have a couple videos coming out about our likes and dislikes after a year of ownership if they would be helpful. Thanks for watching

That oil plug is on the side or is it directly under ?

On our 800 the drain plug is below the dipstick tube on the side of the engine.
