How to Change Default Google Account On Chromebook | How to Find Chromebook's Owner Account
Before changing owner on your Chromebook, check if you are the owner first.
Chromebooks show the name of the owner when first turned on. Or you can do the following:
Settings - Security & Privacy - Manage Other People
if you can change the sliders, you are already the owner.
There is no way to change Primary Owner without factory resetting or powerwashing the Chromebook (this will erase all data). The first person logins become the owner of the Chromebook.
To Factory Reset or Powerwash Chromebook:
Settings - Advanced - Reset Settings - Reset
