How To Change Spark Plugs on Nissan Frontier step by step video
In this video, the presenter uses the following tools:
NGK Plugs: amzn.to/43ZNaa0
Socket wrench
Spark plug socket
Extension bar
Torque wrench
Dielectric grease
New spark plugs
The steps shown in the video are as follows:
Pop the hood of your Nissan Frontier and locate the spark plugs. They should be on top of the engine block.
Use the socket wrench, spark plug socket, and extension bar to remove the ignition coil for each spark plug.
Use the spark plug socket to remove each spark plug.
Check the gap of the new spark plugs with a gap tool. Adjust the gap if necessary.
Apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the inside of each ignition coil before reinserting them into the new spark plugs.
Insert each new spark plug into the spark plug socket and carefully lower it into the spark plug hole.
Tighten each spark plug with the socket wrench and torque wrench to the manufacturer's recommended torque specification.
Reconnect the ignition coils to the new spark plugs.
Once all of the new spark plugs are installed, start your Nissan Frontier and make sure everything is running smoothly.
