I actually just bought a pair of jeans yesterday so this came at a perfect time! People always focus on the wash of the jeans but not enough people are looking at the quality and how they're made. The stitching tip is a great indicator to look at...I'm about to inspect mine again lol Great video like always Eric 🔥
Thanks Ryan. Good point on the wash, most of that is really just based on what look or aesthetic the designer was going for so it doesn't necessarily reflect the quality. Thanks for watching man!
Great tips. Thanks , i would like to add one more stitch checking tip. Check to see if the inseams are interlocked separately on both sides of the cloth vs both cloths interlocked together once. The separate interlocking is better. Not necessary if it uses a syrong stitch but still something to look for. If everyrhing else about the jean is perfect except this then dont worry about it. Go for it. But if its not and this is also another point then search elsewhere. 😊
As much as I can appreciate some heavy duty denim, I can’t rock them because it gets too hot and uncomfortable . All my denim jeans are lightweight and stretchy and on the thin side, but I guess they’re considered less high quality 🤷♂️ thanks for teaching me something new though about things to look for in quality denim products !
Really informative! I don't know if I can invest in designer jeans since my cheap ones last me for years, but I might want to try it if they have a more flattering fit. I wish Uniqlo would place some of their regular pants on sale instead of just their ankle pants. Oh and what is your favorite style of jean? Do you wear distressed jeans or are they out of style? Great video as always.
I personally don't rock distressed jeans, not really my style. I prefer skinny fit jeans normally mostly with solid color washes/dyes like indigo. Uniqlo and even places like H&M have some models with decent quality to it, but yeah rock whatever is in your budget I would say. Thanks for watching man! You've been down with channel for awhile so always appreciate you taking time to watch!
Yo my guy! again with the sauce! Normally I buy mine from American Eagle cuz of the flex, cuz i have large legs fam, any brand suggestions that are better?
Most name brands have decent quality jeans. Mott and Bow, Uniqlo, Levi's are usually the ones I wear, but just look at the overall build and you can figure out the quality based on what I mentioned in the video.
Matt & Bow is one I recently discovered actually. They're great but you have to get the inseams tailored since they only come at one size I think it's 32 which is longer than my normal size. I don't personally have a favorite jeans brand though. I do like Uniqlo and Levi's in terms of fit. You can definitely get even higher quality jeans but you'll be venturing into designer jeans territory which can get pricey. Thanks for watching man! Appreciate it!
I’ve been using american eagle for my jeans and i absolutely love them, also gap is a solid option for jeans, but tbh i want to get better quality ones that will last longer and I’m okay with paying a little more for that quality 👍🏽 do you know any solid brands i could try ?
Levi's are always a safe bet and they aren't crazy unaffordable either. The ones I have in the video Matt & Bow are good as well, but you have to get them tailored since the inseam comes only in one size. Uniqlo too is one I like. There are designer brands like Sevens or True Religions but those can get pricey.
Levi's uses chain stitching, double stitching and offers copper rivets as well on their jeans. You can go higher quality with their raw denim selvedge jeans. Depends what you want to spend with their different lines.
Forget the quality i like colour of this jeans very much. Can you please name it. Like it's indego, navy or what? I would like to have a similar colour for myself
