I really enjoyed a lot .. Lovely couple 😍... very very thank you so much for this video I really learnt how to eat in restaurant... suthi podunga rendu perukum en kannu pattu pochu... perfect couple 🥰🥰... Daily I watch ur video and get motivated .. From january itself I am also started intermitted fasting and 20 minutes simple exercise now I reduced 2 kg.. Thank you Dr.Pal..

Doc it’s good to enjoy this kind of meal once in a while provided u restrict ur calories or fast the next day when compared to missing the fun and moment of eating, especially when we visit India :)

super , to add , we should make it a point , how often we eat outside food. If we eat outside , whatever we struggled for 1 month on dieting will go for a toss.

I love good home cooked food that’s the best because we are in control of our oil and salt and plus more hygienic. Less rice with lots of vegetables and other healthy side dishes especially steamed. For those with sensitive stomach best to avoid oily food especially street food

Doc, only yesterday I started to avoid all restaurant videos to stop my cravings and temptation. Ipdi oru video pottutteengale! :D. Really appreciate your genuine gesture to show us you also have cheat meal once in a while. And thanks for the tip on compensating for the guilt by increasing the fasting hours. :)

Going to a restaurant has become a habit now . Not really against it but it’s not healthy at all because of the ingredients they use no one knows . Avoid dinner at restaurant either have breakfast or lunch at restaurant once in a while. During 90’s people had time to cook food at home. Now the work culture had changed and exploited by technology to order food online. Balance is very important. Health is wealth.

Sir unga video va eppa than parthen motivation irrukku. Ketka seiyavum nalla irrukku unga videos. Oru healthy na weight loss panna kudiya oru diet ah example ah solluenga. Enakku hypothyroid try panni kitte irrukken loss panna but scale la oru change kuda ella. Nan thai aga asai paduren. But en udal edai atharkku thadaiya irrukku.

If you are so paranoid about every calorie , what is the point of living ? We are like walking corpses….if you starve and develop albumin and mineral, fat soluble vitamin anc electrolyte imbalances what is the body going to do?

Just saw this video. My take on this- It is anytime better to have such traditional Indian meals rather than Pizzas, French fries, mac n cheese, etc. Our Indian traditional meals( be it any region) are much more wholesome. Most items complement each other and balance each other, so we must relish them together. Of course, portion- control is the key. In fact it is more than enough if we just have the initial serving portion. Avoid asking for repeats. The overall experience should be enjoyed because eating is as much a pleasure for the mind too. Such a meal should be had during the day, not night. And if possible, avoid dinner that day.
