How to choose the proper gear ratio for your Jeep xj

I have an XJ with the factory 2.5 turbo diesel engine and 5 speed. I would put 33x12.5x15 tires with 4:56 gears so I'm curious if the Dana 35 with Chromoly 27 splines axles and Detroit Truetrac can handle it? Maybe the majority will say that it's bull$hit, but I like the Dana35 because of the ground clearance and I'm from Europe, so it's hard to find other diffs.

Could you get away with the stock gear ratio in the axles running a dual transfer case

Hey Ronnie I got grand jeep cherokee 1995 limited 4.0 zj 249 t-case dana 30/35 Looking to put 33 inch Nitto Nomads 33/11.50/17 I currently have stock gearing so would 4.10 gears be best and do I need to change the carrier? Its my daily driver and do some overlanding and green trails. Thanks 👍

I have 1998 xj with dana 8.25 open dif Looking to upgarad the gare to limited slip in front and rear . The tire is 16/285/75 and 18 inch tire to it's daily drive and weekend offroad. Please recomened the best gear to replace
