If you're throwing a code for throttle body position sensor, it is often a gummed up or dirty throttle body. You do not have to remove the throttle body to clean it if you're careful. P2135, P01222, P0123, P0223, P2135 can all come up, one or more than one, to indicate this. If cleaning the throttle body does not fix the issue, it's possible that the throttle body, the position sensor or event the gas pedal (depending on the car) could be the ultimate issue.
