Great job on showing us how to get the pit boss clean Scotty. I'm a pit boss owner also, and before I start my cooks, I spray cooking oil on my plate to prevent food drippings from sticking to it real bad. At the end of a cook after cools down, I do very little scraping and then wipe it down.
