Welcome back to The Food Experience! This time a quick video showing how I clean the interior of the Pit Boss Lexington 500 Onyx. I have had this grill since December 2023 and have cooked well over 40 times in it. Feel free to chime in with any additional tips.

Nice vid on cleaning your Miss Lexi. She's made you a lot of great meals. WRT to cleaning her, what about cranking her up to 400 for a bit to let the stuff stuck on the grates to char and then use a grill brush to clean the grates. The debris falls down and then you can clean the other parts. Might save you some time. Looking forward to another BS or Vevor griddle vid! Keep 'um coming!

I always crank up the temp to 400 at the end of every cook and let it run for a while. Everything on there comes off super easy with the scraper. I was thinking about a brush but I was also thinking that might spread the debris more and I might end up with more of a mess than I was hoping for it. I'm pretty sure it woke a lot of people up when I did it too! Lol lol lol Thanks so much for watching. I figured it would be helpful for some folks that would like a quick and easy way to clean everything up.

I thought some people might get some use from this. However, it is not my only video for today. I have a video that I'm editing and should be done in a couple hours of a full brisket I bought from Wild Fork Foods.
