Glad to see you back! I guess some things I've had troubles with during my very early process, is 1.) Finding CLEAR regulations, state vs. county.. so I can build to those specifications. i.e. 3 sinks, running hot water. So I can position those things correctly. 2.) Pros and cons to which side of a trailer to serve from. Directionally, the 'driver' side vs. 'passenger' or 'back end'. 3.) Heating and cooling the inside of a trailer and how to keep that temperature comfortable and costly.. while maintaining an 'open-feel'. 4.) Window positioning and what type works best? I've seen gorgeous plans BUT I live in an area with HORRIBLE Bees, Wasps, and Flies in the summer, so is there an easy way to have a removable screen that still opens for the summer months? I plan to serve all year long so I don't THINK I'd need a bug type screen for the fall and spring when our bugs are dying off. It gets 110°f here in the summer and can easily get as low as -20°f/-30°f with a cold wind chill. So while our summers are hot, our fall/winter/spring Is a cold to colder type of season until its blistering hot again. 🔥 so having a functional window plan is a huge priority for me. 5.) I'm in a rural area. My small town is 800 people. The town 10 miles over (15 minutes away) is 22,500. So I wondered if there's ever people who have a window that is accessible for drive ups? Is that a laughable idea? Like I said my town and the town over is like a bubble of people surrounded with MILES of empty fields. We have a lot of highway workers. And no convenience stores or gas stations connecting any of our rural towns together. Just road, and field. Anyway. Just ideas I have a hard time finding information on. Good luck to all!
Love all your content. So many videos I'd like to see. 1. video on dealing with weather (hot or cold). with an open trailer and all. ;-) 2. More information and maybe a little detail about your business plan.
Hey Ryan! I have a few out there on cold weather. Not as much on hot weather. I'll start putting more as we get closer to the hot months. Thanks for the tips. Reorganzing the website now to offer a class that has Crash Course, Business Plan and Coaching all in one. Almost finished!
