thank you. video is clear. but in general I think Amazon should make it easier. I have 5 Echo dots. its rediculous to have to go to each one, one by one and go through this process. wish it was simpler. Thanks for the video.

If you changed your WiFi password and it is in the “previously saved onto your Amazon account” section, you have to go down and press add network Then put the exact name of it along with the new password in the boxes

please answer this 1) can I use my main mobile's hotspot where my alexa app is also running? 2)IS it necessary to open alexa app whenever you start talking to alexa? 3) Do I need to plug in alexa all the time? 4) Can I use it somehow without wifi? 5) can I operate smart light without net? You FInd this as silly questions,but please help It is too much new to me

I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve done those same steps and it still doesn’t work. I’m now suspicious that there is some issue between the Alexa app and iOS 17 on my iPhone 11.

HELP!!!! My Echo Plus, Echo dot and Echo Show have worked great for years until I had to change my Internet network. All three are now connected to the new network. The problem is that these devices no longer communicate with my plugs and switches. Is there a simple way to fix this? Nobody on RU-vid has made a video about this problem.

Same, and then when I try and fix it, it says to go onto your device and connect it to the network but I can’t connect the device so it can’t be set up. It’s so frustrating
