It would be helpful to make these videos specific to the Windows version. I'm not sure what version this is, but it doesn't match Windows 11, so difficult to follow.

How can I connect with your D110 product? I understand that it operates as a printer, but how is the length of the printing tape specified? Does a UI appear during printing?

my printer does not say BY-245bt, i cannot get it to show up like this but does print via usb

I connect to the outgoing port Com4, it randomly disconnects every few days. It is certainly not working right.

Windows 11 laptop is not discovering the printer via Bluetooth, however only via connected to USB. Any suggestions?

My outgoing printer is showing COM8. When I go in to assign the port there’s only ports 1-6. No COM8.

How do i disable blue tooth on this, my printer is emitting RF radiation (causing interference etc) all the time it is powered on, so I would like to switch off the bluetooth part.

I only have the "driver unavailable" printer option. there is no label printer option. all my options are printers I already have installed. what went wrong? how do I fix this?

I have done this all day. It never gives me an outgoing port. Only an ingoing port. This thing sucks.

Hello my name is James I have an issue with my Jadens bluetooth thermal label printer every single time I tried to connect my printer to my laptop windows 11 he says connected one second after he says driver is unavailable. Please help me to fix it.
