I have a question please, I have a flatbed UV printer modified from the Epson 7880 printer, the width of the X printing is 60 cm and the printing length of the Y is 250 cm, I would like to modify this printer by installing the body of a UV printer Roll to Roll width 160 cm width, I studied this matter in terms of installation and found that it is possible, but I want to make sure that the X movement in the new printer can be linked with the Y AXIS movement in the body of the old printer, that is, will I have a problem synchronizing the X-printing movement with the Y Axis movement ? Is it possible to do this by directly connecting the two parts, or do I need an external piece to create this synchronization? Note: I am willing to pay the consultancy fee if needed Thanks in advance

1. ink is wet on this sheet so it will create lines and which you will see on the t-shirt 2. RIP software knows that we are using white ink in the printer but through coreldraw it thinks you are using C M Y K LC LM inks
If you want to do roll or not use the whole sheet that is a good option, but for person that want to use the full sheet removing all roller is not good idea since person will loose 1 inch from every sheet because there is nothing pushing or grabbing sheet.

Hi Sir, I am using L1800 and PartnerRIP pro even though if the output size is lets say 9"x9" the printer is printing it at 9"x10.5". How can i fix this. waiting for your reply
Ink circulator bina lagaye sahi kam karega? Maine to aapse pura kit liya hain mera day 1 say problem hain. Ink Circulator on krke print krne pr pura ink paper per bahne lagta hain. Aapke engineer k batane k hisab se band kr-2 k kerna padta hain fir b kuch na kuch problem rehta hain aur jis damper se ink behta hain usme ka sara ink next day tak damper main se bah jata hata hain. Damper change krne k baad bInk Circulator on krke print krne per paper per ink beh jata hain is chakker main mera bahot ink waste hua aur abi b hota hain aur paper b waste ho jata hain main to Engineer se b baat krke thak chuka hun.
Our Experience also show that Ink Circulation within the bottle is ok, high pressure pump must need control to moderate ink pressure, otherwise ink may spill on sheet, so i suggest either use low pressuure pump or shake tnk manually two times a day also work
@@LASERTECHTechnologies Bhai manual shake b ni kr sakta itna ghtiya quality ka white ink wala jo bottle hain ki shake krne pe left aur right ink behne lagta hain aur bottle ka cap band rahne pr b uper se b baheta hain. Jo bottle main pipe laga hain waha space hain. Use to main glue gun se cover kr diya hain 100% ni cover hua per pahle se better hain. But manual shake krne perkai bar pipe b bottle se nikal jata hain.
@@technoportsolutions I am using the default damper came in printer. The 1 new damper I m using I order it again from Lasertech. Yes, I am able to print only when Ink Circulator is off. But my 1 damper ink flood(empty) next day. In short 1 am losing 1 damper white ink everyday + daily head clean ink wastage. While the white Ink cost is itself 6000/ltr I print 1 or 2 print daily. Honestly not very happy. I paid more because don't want these extra work.
