I noticed Sir. You used two different printer model. The 1st model is L1800 and at the end of the video its came L805. I was confused.

the mix motors will continuous stirring, but the circulation does not need continuous stirring.

why do we need seperate white ink tank? can't we just fill it in the two extra tank?

For sure, up to you. but seperate white ink tank , it will use external white ink circulation device , to stirring with auto button , to make the white ink evenly and not layering.

On small DTF inkjet printers, looping is not necessary!

If the printing frequency is high, there is no need for a loop. If the printing frequency is low, the white ink is easy to clog.

2 heads in 4 months are a lots. I'm using UV Ink which is far more corrosive, use around 1 year and a half with no issue. It seems your ink is the main culprit.
