The one with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon must be delicious. I think my mother-in-law makes it in a pot with piloncillo (unprocessed cane sugar in the shape of a cone) and a little bit of water. That is really yummy too, and I believe she leaves the seeds in, which is delicious.

I always just cut in half. Put in microwave for around 5 mins upside down. Turn cut side up put in butter and light brown sugar and another 3 to 5 mins depending how soft it is and how fast the butter melts as well
