When you talked about needing to switch to a bigger bowl I thought of when I was in culinary school. My baking and pastry teacher would always tell us "You need to get a BIG bowl so you can get excited!" It's so true when you're mixing anything, don't skimp or think about saving dishes. Just get the big bowl 😄

For the rice ball, do you just cook the rice with a large amount of water and take it past al dente for the softer texture and shape into a ball? I'd like to try the ball instead of just steamed rice like I normally have.
