Easy Peasy! I saw somewhere if U 1st pierce a few small jabs in a lines with a knife around the spaghetti squash n put it in the microwave for 5-7 mins it will soften n b easier 2 cut in half! Thanks 4 sharing on the temp n cooking time! 🥰
@@matthiasgyori2549 It's clean, it's just stained. There's a difference. Means she cooks and uses that pan a lot. Which most would call seasoned. If it was a non stick and flaking all over well then......🍳🍳
F. ZAHARAH poke a few holes in it, then pop it in the microwave for a few min. It will soften it up enough to make it easier to cut in half before baking it without messing it up.

The "strands" grow around the squash not lengthwise. To scrape lengthwise cuts the "spaghetti" strands into short bits. I process mine exactly as she does with a fork in her video.
