I wondered if you needed to wash red cabbage in salad spinner before cooking it. I guess not? Do you heat up the left overs? Or just serve it cold? Thank you
Do you think applesauce would be a substitute for a cut apple? Most applesauces have sugar in them so you might even be able to forego the sugar. What do you think about this idea?
