Danyull researchers have found that patients with asthma may encounter depression throughout their lives due to the symptomes that simply stops them from playing physical sports such as football and basketball that takes a stable respiratory system so the list of stmptoms goes on and on and the triggers too the exacerbation of phlegm is intense enough to make u depressed and might go dark places if ur not treated by medicines like “ beta agonist 2 aka flutiform for the long term affect “

Yester we have a friend that was over and he tried to tell me that you don't put the inhaler in your mouth. You have to keep it out of your mouth. He said that's how his doc told him to do it. Now I can prove he has been doing it wrong. My daughter has asthma and her aunt had bronchitis and I myself has had to use them from time to time. I hate it when people act like they know everything, but yet don't know what they are talking about. Thanks I knew I was doing it the right way.

@@JacquelineRoseSchlegel this is really silly. Please use albuterol, I too was scared of side effects but in reality they aren’t bad at all. People take up to 10 pumps of their albuterol emergency inhaler in one sitting and are ok. It’s so worth being able to breathe properly. Anyone reading this, don’t fear the side effects. They’re temporary and always subside. It’s better than going to the emergency room because you can’t breathe.

Yes inhaler is good for momentary relief but shortness of breath and tightness of heart or asthma like problems are indication of big health problems in future...so in the mean time try to make your lungs strong by exercise, light running or walking , yoga and healthy food . Quit all bad habits like smoking drinking . And gradually lower ur dependency on inhaler or any medications with the help of ur doctor .

Im an active person as well, Last year i had asthma attack, they gave me an inhaler, never used it, they said only use it when neccesary, but i didnt find any time where it was necessary, so i gave the inhaler to my grandma who has frequent asthma attack, And just last night, i had a horrible asthma attack that made me want to faint. I was thinking of death that time, and now they want me to use the inhaler only when necessary again, i think my asthma attack only occurs on yearly basis

Dear Cindy, I just went to an absolute RIPPER of a Disco Biscuits show a few hours north of PVD, in Portland, ME. They have been on fire this tour btw. That's neither heare nor there. The main focus, is that I took down about a dozen nitrous oxide balloons to the dome after the show. I was actually there til the cops cleared out the entire area, just peacefully sipping a Coors Banquet beer. Anywhoom, I got home, and realized I have/d a wheez and compulsatoritive cough... When I was fishing through our Pill Drawer for some benzo's to come down with, I found that my wife has an albuterol inhaler that was sitting loose in there. It's still within the means of expiry date, but no Spacer unfortunately. I was thinking, can I affix one of the (now empty) balloons to the inhaler mouthpiece, and depress the dispenser, filling the balloon partially with the albuterol mist, and then "hit" the balloon as if I were just back on the lot? Will this be an effective improvised stand-in for the Spacer? And secondly, is there a respiratory or pharmacological interaction between industrial grade nitrous oxide gas and albuterol? (for the latter answer, it should also be noted that I was hitting my dab pen all night during the show and concurrently with the nitrous balloons.) I just pulled some pav's during the public on-sale today, for Phish at the Greatwoods run in July, and even if you don't get back to me now tonight, I could definitely use the info either way for that. I actually will probably be staying at the Biltmore that night after the Amtrak ride back. Thanks and much appreciated, JJ

I sometimes get shortness of breath due to bronchitis which is probably your problem make sure you get heat like you can turn a steamy shower stand outside of the shower and the fumes of the shower clear your breath. Another thing you can do is have a warm pot. It must be as warm to see the smoke coming out, and put a blanket or towel above your head to prevent it from leaving your face and breathe. These help for me. And btw you can do these for up to 5-10 minutes should help

And if you don't put it in your mouth you aren't getting all the medicine you need. In the mouth you get it all outside and it spreads out so your not getting the correct amount

if you are using a corticosteroid inhaler there is a chance you can development a fungal infection called thrush, albuterol inhalers do not cause this

With young children it is best to get the medicine off the teeth so they don't get bad. Us as adults don't need to because we produce a lot of saliva to get it off our teeth. This is coming from my daughter's lung doc

I was diagnosed with asthma too but it's not too severe. Whenever i run really fast for a short time i get extremely short of breath and i sweat so hard it feels like im about to pass out and my throat usually feels really weird, stuff like that only happens in my gym classes but other than that sometimes I would be chilling one minute and then in the next i randomly feel short of breath. Those are the only times ive had to use my inhaler
