It virtually has the same software, smaller display and most of the features as the Venu 3 at a more friendly price point. Can't really go wrong with a Garmin.

I’m tore between going to the gym and Beachbody like 645 … Beachbody on a whole can’t make anybody strong squatting 300lb or bench pressing 225lb so I’m wondering if can go to the gym for my compound movement and incorporate some exercises movement from 645 in my workout routine??

There are some good workout programs to get strong on the beach body like body beast, lift more and the new Shaun t weight lifting program. Otherwise It will just depend on what equipment you have available at home . 645 is a good allround program as you're using weight with more dynamic movements. what's your main goal at the moment?

645 or 4 weeks of the prep into 6weeks of the work are great programs for that. I would start with 645 first.
