This video tutorial shows you how to create a support ticket system using ClickUp. Users can submit queries using Form view and receive Email Automations and replies directly from ClickUp tasks.
This guide uses Form view, Custom Fields, the Custom task ID ClickApp, the Email ClickUp, and requires you be upgraded to at least the Business Plan on your Workspace.

Hey Jonathan, Your video tutorial is helping a lot, now I know why I couldn't analyze the tickets, your video is super interesting, I loved it! What I would like to know is how do I assign a ticket to one of my team? And if there is the option of having Ticket levels, for example: Level 1 is basic technical service - assignment to X technician, Level 2 is advanced technical service - assignment to X advanced technician.
