-Sprint everyday -Full body home workout thrice a week (Mon Wed Thu) Should I add skill training like frog stand ,handstand on workout day or 3 rest days or everyday? Weight :68 Calories can't manage But can afford 51 to 76 gm protein per day . Guide me please From India🇮🇳

This is the best informative video i've ever seen dude you've earned a sub , but i have a question , can i train both for strenght and muscle mass in the same time , i want that but i'm too confused how to mix em up , and thanks again :3

It is very possible to train for strenght and muscle mass at the same time. This is because as your muscle get stronger, so will your strength. Try to hit around 3 sets for 10 reps for hypertrophy (muscle mass gain) and some low reps for more sets (5 sets of 5). This way, you will gain both strength and muscle mass😆

Got subscribed today watching that 1st video you did about getting started. Like the schedule in a week on what to do. Im 41 started last march 30 but just doing on my own schedule doing everythinh in a day but now giving me an idea what to do evryday.

I was thinking doing 3 sets Push ups 30-40 each set ( Set-1 normal Se -2 wide Set 3 - pike) Pull up 5-15 each set ( Set-1 normal Grip Set-2 wide grip Set-3 close grip) Legs 50-60 each set ( Set-1 air squats, Set -2 calf rises set-3 I will be doing shut rope for 4 mins straight) I will be trying to do 10-20 dips per set I’m not to sure what to add or remove any thoughts

Hey guys, if I want to learn the skill and build muscle as well, so as you said that for muscle building you need volume then can I do (Skill + Strength)six days of the week the workout which you gave + push/pull/legs once in a week(three days) for building muscles and learning skills in the same duration..

top video jongens, alleen heb ik een vraagje. Bij de skill/strengt workout plan. wat zal de verschil precies zijn tussen deze 2 workouts sinds je de strength workout zal gebruiken om dichter bij skill te komen. bijv: de muscle up of de one arm pull up. wat zou het verschil zijn tussen de strength en skill workout? Bij beide zal je dan toch bijna zelfde excersises uitvoeren en bij de skill work out zal je ook je strength trainen. Ik zou het heel erg waarderen als jullie me kunnen helpen :))))

Thank you for you diplomatic reply. I fully respect that you want to earn your living as well, I think that's obvious. I would just have been uniquely awesome to also get the custom results of the personal workout plan, which is evidently the actual benefit, even though it would still be "only" your recommendation of a respective routine of course.

If you have the time to do more workouts per week, than split would be better because you should not aim to train full body more than 3 times a week :)

The idea of the video is nice, but I don't really feel that I know how to make a workout. This is more like an orienting video but doesn't really teach you how to go after you picked your type of workout. Would love to see a follow up
