"How to Create your personal brand"-Saturday Musings held on August 31st, 2019 

This session was really interesting, This is an approx. 2 Hrs. Session and I thought, I will watch only for few minutes but the session held me through out. Few interesting learnings are like : Don’t go out and say actually, what you are not. Consensus based leadership, NO AGE for branding. Interesting examples of famous personalities like Mahatma GandhiJi, Narendra Modi, Sachin Tendulkar and some film personalities like Shah Rukh Khan and Rajanikanth, were considered. Prof. YLR Moorthi was fantastic. My opinion here is Personal Brands reach there without their own knowledge. By following simple steps: 1) Identify Value to the society (Like what Monika Mentions) 2) Work hard, sincerely and passionately towards delivering the same 3) Sharp focus on feedback, continually improve, be modest and simple. 4) Giving back to society. Hence, strive towards delivering value and the rest will just follow. Last but not the least IIMB being in Karnataka, some personal brands like Dr. Rajkumar, Shankar Nag, Putanna Kanagal, Kuvempu, Da Ra Bendre can also be studied.

Thanks for uploading... It helps those who are not getting opportunity to study at IIMs like me.
