Yarn : medium weight #4 (you only need about 3.0 oz / 90 grams of yarn)
Hook : 5.00mm / US H, OR 5.50mm if you want to make it wider
Measurement : 9 inches / 23 cm (toe to heel) - unstretch
I crochet this based on my feet size. My shoe size is woman size 6.5 US

Chain 8
Round 1 : 2 hdc in 3rd chain from hook, 4 hdc, 4 hdc in next sts, 4 hdc, 2 hdc in last sts. Slip sts (16 sts)
Round 2 : chain 1, 1 hdc, 2 hdc in next sts, 4 hdc, 2 hdc in next sts, 9 hdc. Slip sts (18 sts)
Round 3 : chain 1, 3 hdc, 2 hdc in next sts, 3 hdc, 2 hdc in next sts, 10 hdc. Slip sts (20 sts)
Round 4 : chain 1, 5 hdc, 2 hdc in next sts, 2 hdc, 2 hdc in next sts, 11 hdc. Slip sts (22 sts)
Round 5 - 9 : chain 1, 22 hdc. Slip sts
Chain 1 and cut yarn
Start row 10 at side.
Row 10 : chain 1, 16 hdc
Row 11 : chain 1, turn work, 2 hdc in 1st sts, 14 hdc, 2 hdc in last sts. (18 hdc)
Row 12 : chain 1, turn work, 18 hdc.
Row 13 : chain 1, turn work, 2 hdc in 1st sts, 16 hdc, 2 hdc in last sts. (20 hdc)
Row 14-17 (or until length desire): chain 1, turn work, 20 hdc.
Row 18 : chain 1, turn work, 7 hdc, 1 hdc decrease, 2 hdc, 1 hdc decrease, 7 hdc. (18 hdc)
Row 19 : chain 1, turn work, 18 hdc.
Fold the heel in half (in side out) and slip stitch both sides together from top to end. Chain 1 and cut yarn
Last step, chain 1, make 26 sc around the opening. Start from the back. Slip sts and cut yarn.
