Thanks! Cool you from the UK! If you don’t have access to the yarn I used for this pattern there is website you can use to find one that is similar. yarnsub.com/
Hi Dawn….nice bag when you want to bring your project with you somewhere…. You are a great instructor and admire the way you put stitch markers in the first and last stitch so you know where to put your hook in at the beginning and end of the rows!!!!!! That “1st” stitch is sooooo important and when I’m writing a patter down while watching a video I write, (“right under”the Chain1 or 2 or 3 or “Not right under”!!!!!!!!!! It depends on the pattern and so many instructors go so fast and don’t show you where that 1st stitch is………and if you aren’t correct, your stitch count will be off!!!!!! A lighter color yarn also helps see where that first stitch is…….when I first started learning how to crochet, this was such a problem for me, and I still have to be careful and watch people closely!!!!!😂. Love your projects and I’m a subscriber 👏🏻👏🏻 working on baby things right now but love making blankets….no clothing……..don’t wear shawls or sweaters…….like household things too and maybe doggie sweaters…..talk soon 👋🏻👋🏻
I like making baby sweaters and dresses, hats too are one of favorite things to crochet. I have learned that stitch markers can be your best friend! I have had to frog a lot of projects because I didn’t use stitch markers or I didn’t count my stitches after each row. 😂 Have a great day. We are staying indoors today it’s like -10 today. 🥶🥶🥶
