Yes it did help! Thank you so much, I didn't want to buy a glass cutting tool, fact I don't want to buy any tools, seems to me you just need anything sharp that will score the glass. My double pane windows have failed, they're all fogged up and moldy inside, I'm going to try to remove the inside pane to avoid replacing the window which would just fail again in another few years :-) wish me luck haha

Good luck brother, remember to wear gloves :D :D Not sure how this trick would perform on standing window if you plan to cut glass on mounted window, in any case be carefull and good luck!

Seriously, try it but you'll likely fail. Double glazed windows are stuck together with an infinitely sticky goo which is (in practice) impossible to remove. Good luck though.

I really have not tried it on tempered glass, it will work probably but maybe first to try it on some small part of the glass that you dont need, just in case. And make sure you use high carbonated drill bit like ones in video description. Good luck 👍

Absolutely not. Tempered glass cannot be resized regardless of the type of tool used. It will break into a multitude of pieces if you try to cut it.

Hello there, I think it only depends on mirror thickness, 1-3 mm should cut without any problem, anything thicker I have not tried 😞 good luckto you!

If the glass is not that thick, you can try the normal wood drill bit, but I don't know, I have tried it on 5mm thick glass and it is not working with a normal drill bit.

It depends on how thick the tank glass is. This glass was 4mm thick, and here high carbon drill bit works without any problems, you can try to go over the same line several times, just to be sure it is deep enough to cut it! Or, solution number 2 if this doesn't work, is to buy a glass cutter! Good Luck!

People! Use common sense and wear PPE please. Gloves and eyewear. You will regret it if you get glass in your eyes. Also the idea is that it must be carbide/carbon, to work properly time.

Please make sure you use a high-carboned drill bit, this one cuts deeper into the glass and you will cut it for sure. It also depends on glass thickness, for much thicker glass this doesn't work.
