Great on the mark cut! While it's open I would have added some 2x4 blocks in between the floor joist close to the flange for more support.

Great job! Cutting and installing plywood around the old flange is a tough job. The flange would have no plywood to screw on, if you miss cut the hole.

Can't she is my wife. She has been with me on this channel for 4 years . Been together for 11 years. Hey and never had an argument or a fight. She didn't know anything about the Internet . At least when we started. She handles so much more than this channel. Would be happy to turn it over. This channel makes around 600 a month now . And she works around 90 hours a month on it. Perhaps in the future as she gets better we will be able to spend all the money it makes to launch it to a more smooth level. We just know anybody who will work that cheap. And we only made money for a year and a half. Started out making 45 dollars a month. Like a I said she's been working at it for four years.

you wipe the old wax off on the underside of subfloor, what a hack. did you toss the demo'd material there below the joists too? looks a mess under there.

Might it make the floor last longer. An affordable hack. With a long history of very happy customers. Allowing to not have to advertise for 14 years. A lovable affordable hack. I can continue but I work to make other people's lives better. Think I will stick to that seems to work. Find a way to be happy. Cause I wish you yours well.

@@paulmonk7820 I personally deal with customers. Who have been my friends for 25 years. It would seem if I were damaging things in their life that those things would show after 25 years. Putting it plainly where you would perhaps do more and then charge more making your methods better than mind somehow I would bet they could not afford you in there budget yet somehow over and over my reputation is intact no small claims charges no poor reviews no insurance claims just people who call me back as the friends they are. I will continue to do my work the way I discern these friends of mine can afford and you run your business the way you see fit. The main difference will be I will not run down your work on any platform in any way. I will continue you others to keep up the good work working to encourage others. All the best to you and yours. I will work as I have all my life to become better in the future.

Quite often especially in mobile homes there is the flange a short piece then 1 or two tee then a 90 degree ell one next to another which would mean a lot of time and materials as to some some hard. By the way I believe the harder you work the more luck you have. I bet you do also. Glad to have around . Always glad to explain. Even when I make mistakes. When I stop making mistakes I will be dead.
