On the old stock advice, I think the golden rule is if you are buying an old stock, it is better to go with the base or mid variant since they are never used as test drive vehicle. Also, if the dealer refuse to let you into the stockyard to inspect the vehicle, you should be sure that the car has not been kept at a very good place and probably exposed to sunshine, rains and wind out in the open. Hence make sure all the rubber parts are in good condition as well as the tyres. Seek additional discounts if possible. Many a times old stock has rusting on the exhaust pipe and disks due to open exposure. Definitely ask the dealer to sandpaper them/paint them as appropriate.
@@anirudhvasistha6136 Depends on the brand/model. MSIL or Hyundai rarely have such stocks of any of its popular models. Some slow moving ones like S-Cross or Hyundai Tucson can get you around 60K plus discounts if lying for long. For others like for example a Nissan/Renault they offer upto 1 Lakhs if the price of the car is 10Lakh+. Tata motors earlier used to have such stocks as well, but now it is rarely possible since all the models have large waiting periods except Harrier I believe.

Sir I was quoted Rs 1022000 on road for honda amaze vx cvt petrol + Rs 22000 for additional accessories+ 12500 for extended warranty 2 yrs The dealers offer stands at Rs 997000 including accessories and extended warranty of 2 yrs. Is it a good offer should I wait till december 1st week ? Will there be any new offers from Honda for amaze this december?
I'm satisfied with amaze.. can't wait for other launches.. Only trusts TATA and The japanese brands.. I had a look at nexon zx petrol but the A pillar is a big blindspot so ditched it.
@rahul I don't think honda will launch an update for amaze in 2021 they launched their 2nd generation in 2018. Honda updates cars only after 5 yrs since the bs6 version came this year the next update might be in 2023/2024

@@TheMahesh1234 Yes Bro, I know. But I I don't want to buy in december. Plant will shut down for a week or so in december. They have to sell 2020 manufactured vehicles before Jan 2021. So they will offer discounts after mid december. And there is a chance of increase in prices by 3 to 4 percent in January as Gagan Sir said in one of his videos. And moreover waiting period is 30 days or more for Maruti Ertiga. So I am buying now.
Sir Kia and Hyundai lagati hai and 3500 handling charges along with invoice de rahey hai, I even said ki I will complain to consumer forum, they said they will stamp the invoice for us and will help in better complain filing
Jammu city of jammu and kashmir, we bought kia sonet htk and tata tiago XT instead of i10 nios sports because hyundai said if insurance is not taken from them then they won't give corporate discount of 5000 and they weren't willing to negotiate on insurance. Even made number plate frame mandatory for Rs. 800

Great video as expected mycar helpline. I have a question on the timing to negotiate on insurance with the dealer. Should be just book the car and once the car arrives, we can tell that we want to do private insurance? Or shall we disclose upfront. I am thinking upfront disclosure may leads to delay in the delivery and dealer may not deliver it for longer due to non profit deal

2 questions to you sir out of the video content I heard Altroz petrol is coming this year end and I am about to take delivery of existing Altroz. My first question is, the latest turbo engine effects the existing pricing range of altroz ? The second one is, will there be any additional features being added in Turbo variant ??
The turbo engine will cost a premium of around 70k to one lakh depending on the trim....and since it's not a facelift no features will be added further to the existing car
