This man helps a lot of Indian car buyers to a great extent so that nobody gets trapped by the Malfunctioning Practices of Dealers or Showroom's Executives. Thanks Sir.
Wonderful video, thanks, and I would like to add some more points - a) Pay advance only by credit card, because that is easily reversible by a simple request for reversal, preferably on manufacturer's website only. b) Be aware that Manufacturer to Dealer is a Principal to Principal relationship, and Dealer to Customer is a separate relationship. c) Ensure that the receipt for advance has got PAN, CIN, GST and preferably TAN number of the Dealer. Double check this online. d) Nowadays finance and insurance are equally or often better from outside. Play that card carefully. e) Please keep the exchange of your existing vehicle separate to the best possible effort. You will mostly get a better price outside. f) VIN number, stockyard condition, workshop experience. Double check that. And finally, always keep correspondence in writing - the sales persons in the showroom do not add value.
1. Walkin to several showroom including their competitors and tell them I will choose who gives the best quote. 2. First make the financial dealings before you test drive. This show them you are keen into business. 3. Tell them you will buy the extended warranty, AMC later. I will buy it from you depending on the service quality they give it you. 4. Get your cibil score from your bank. Check with the major banks for loan interest with part payment option and no foreclosure charges. Don't tell them the car you wished to buy. They will use it against you the same stating interest rate depends on the make & variant of the car model. 5. Accessories: There is nothing called basic or mandatory accessories. Floor mats, perfume, idols are waste of money. Tell them you will purchase it during 1st service. Warranty: Electrical warranty will not void until there is a cut in wiring. Battery warranty will void if you add more electrical loads to them. Paint warranty for a year I think. Check with them. Service: Go through your car's user manual atleast 3 times to understand the car service schedule. There should be any charges for free services.
I am happy to share that I saved my friend around 20k Rupees while buying a car. You need to be highly informed to deal with these thugs. Happy buying.
@@vaibhavthapliyal3429 ist of all i saved myself handling charges which they were demanding. I directly called customer care and they were apologizing the next minute. Saved 10k on insurance, they were quoting a higher price but i didn't agree then they didn't have any other way than to sell me the insurance at lower price. On corporate discount, they were not giving the amount given by company. Again called the company and got the full discount. Checked the RC amount and didn't give one rupee extra. Got PDI done infornt.
@@shubhamgupta-eb5xh different for different states brother. Check with your RTO and then cross check with the price of your vehicle. They sometimes include the handling charges and then the percentage applicable to RC amount gets further increased. Clear all your doubts before finalising your car. Be informed.
Thank you Sir...I have gone through many automobile vlogs which highlights the vehicle specs...Manufacturer USP, but sir your channel always speaks the consumer side....I greatly appreciate the way you handhold the prospective buyer to get the best deal...hats off sir
Very informative and even oral talks are generally offered to lure customer and later they say- "we never said anything" or "who are you?" These greedy dealers are actually spoling the name of good car manufacturers. Thanks for sharing your experience. 👍👍
Good to see your video.. subject/tag line also eye catching.. In case Dealer gets adamant for these items One need to put complaint on Tweeter and email to Manufacturer.. or take Contact number of Sales Mktg manager for the region and explain him the situation on call, let him resolve with the dealer. Problem is; most of the people don't know how to handle this undue demand of the dealer and what are their rights as a customer, they just find them helpless n succumb to dealers pressure. Also many people don't know that its not mandatory to buy these items so they simply pay for it..
Very informative as I mentioned "most sensible RU-vidr for auto" , few points esp. The last 5 minutes where the vehicle is taken by dealer and not yet exchanged is very true and happens all the time in 2 and 4 wheelers. Very very imp. And also most of the times there are 3 party involved with dealer salesperson, so the dealer may not be offering the car exchange service under their name and the salesman via his friend or 3ed party would pocket money. Be careful before handing over original R.C. to them
Another issue that I faced was as follows: The Hyundai i20 that I had bought turned out to be with used tyres which were already of poor quality. Later on, the tyres gave me a lot of issue as they were getting punctured regularly. The puncture guy told me that this is another racket in which showrooms replace the new company fitted tyres with old and worn out tyres which get damaged in a few months. Please highlight this issue as well.
You can deny to take the insurance, accessories and extented warranty from the dealer. The dealer can not deny to book your car. All they can do to deliver you the car with some delay. And when you book the car, please make sure you ask them to mention the delivery date clearly on the booking form so that you can hold them accountable if they do not meet that date. Keep following with them for the delivery and if possible copy company's customer care in your follow up emails.
Very informative video...I remember back in 2015 when I was working at a Hyundai dealership, the creta had just launched and to milk the customers they used to sell the worst accessories for around 55 - 60 k ensuring delivery in 3 days...😅
VERY GOOD AS ALWAYS TO THE POINT AND VERY IMPORTANT AS BEING A CUSTOMER. MOST OF THE TIME WE COME TO KNOW AFTER BEING CHEATED . ALL SHOWROOMS HAVE SAME PRACTICE AND ALL EMPLOYEES OF SHOWROOMS ARE TRAINED FOR THESE FOR DAILY PRACTICE .
Hello sir, I like your videos and I wanted to ask if you would recommend getting an LPG gas kit in honda city. The nearest cng station is approx 50 kms from my place. Its a 2013 model top end
Hi guys I purchased I 20 car last year. Few days ago when I checked I can saw the paint difference in the bonnet and on the top of the car the half part of the car is smooth and other half is rough if you feel by moving 🤚 over it. If you see it on and a direct sunlight or in the different direction we can find that there is some part in shapes like rectangle or uneven shape is smooth and rest of the body is rough. What u think this might have caused ? Is it that the factory people didn't do the paint job correctly? I also worked in a dealership and hence I was tracking it since it got dispatched from factory and the day it reached dealership I brought it. So I don't think the dealership has done any foul play this time. So. Kindly suggest what could be the issue ?
100% Sahi kaha sir aapne. Ek kahavat humare Pitaji sikha gaye ki " LIKHTAM KE AAGE BAKHTAM NAHIN CHALTI " Means Likhwa kar lo with stamp , uske aage Bol-Bachan nahin chalte. Seedhi baat no bakwaas.
Is registration also mandatory to do it with showroom where we purchase the car? or can we buy car in one city and get registered in another town/ city ?
I want to know, what things in the car come by default within ex-showroom price ? For eg: Dealers say, number plate, rearview mirror, mud flaps, autolock, floor mats, etc these items are all accessories you need to buy. How can we find what sort of things are included in exshowroom price.
This video needs to be viral...all should(must) see it...listen to him carefully and understand...bahar bahut achchhe mechanic hote hai... original parts aap lelo, repair karva lo...kisi bhi warranty ki koi jarurat nahi hai bhai...jankar bano...samjho...
What if a person buy a car from neighbouring state as the car was not available in his/her state? Then the insurance is mandatory or not while taking the car via road to your state???
All incidents mentioned happens with vehicle buyers everyday. Dealers squeeze every penny out of customers pockets by such blackmailing. Thanks for sharing this information with naive buyers!!
Sirjee.. can you come up with a paid service where you send a 'negotiator' with the car buyer to get the best deal? This can help a lot of people. Especially first time buyers
Thank Q sir, For valuable information. Can we mail directly to car company that i want to take car without, insurance, without extra fitting, etc Can we get an assurance copy ,to mail id, which can be showed to car dealers while booking car.Is the dealers accept it
Dealer assured me to deliver car in this navratra April 2022 now at last min he said aqua color is not available and there would be delay by end of this month instead saying to take white color which wS never the choice. How to deal in such scenario?
Is it possible to buy car directly from company Plant?? it's just that tell the company representative in advance that customer would like to buy a particular car...why to keep dealer in between...not sure if my question sounds crazy but thinking out loud. kindly suggest. thanks
Hi, I would like to tell you one thing if you don't take car insurance from dealer you will not get cashless claim only reimbursement allow. Specially with Maruti.

Just a question I'm about to take delivery of XUV700 in 2 days, dealer is asking RTO on 12.95 lakh whereas the ex showroom at the time of booking was 11.99 lakh everything else is calculated on ex showroom but the RTO charges he is calculating on 12.95 lakh that is today's price please help me with this... Thank You !
I have experienced Hyundai Creta booking.. lot of price difference between rural and urban.. rural is more costly.. handling charges almost 6k and insurance 7k more. Mandatory access kit 5k.. total 18k more
Sir, please guide which is feasible option to buy a car online or offline because dealer forcing for offline booking else your delivery will be delay please guide and help whether to go for online booking or not… while buying mahindra cars
I was interested in buying Hyundai Creta, but faced this insurance problems with every hyundai dealer in various cities. When refused to buy insurance from them they said it wasn't possible but when I escalated the issue with Hyundai, the dealer simply refused to sell me any car.
Same thing happened with me. I took delivery of S- Cross Alpha and dealer narrates the same story but I asked him to refund the excess amount and I got the same. Being a consumer we need to be very cautious as you told sir.
@@CAShrikiran ohk. All manufacturers have increased prices specially due to increase in iron and other raw material costs. Moreover fuel prices are forcing people to switch to cng
