I quit my job because this 5 foot 3 guy insesure boss keeps on being a jerk who is jealous of my confidence. Society now allows this to happen. Back in the 80s and 90s, this won't happen because you would be beat up. (Unless you're Joe Pesci). Society now is tailored for natcissists, insecure people, feminists...etc. Free speech allows people to lie and be jerks without suffering consequences. Most of the tome, it forces you to walk away and they win, so they continue to bully another.
