Thanks! I always store my cream in fridge until I am ready to whip it. After I am done frosting my cake I store it in fridge again until ready to be served.

Hello Eva. I love all your cake decorations. You really do them perfectly. I always have trouble crumb coating the cake. I can't level the cake nicely and neatly. I love to make cakes and decorate them but still need allot of practice. Which # piping tip you use for frosting the cake it really looks easy to coat the cake with it. How do you use whipped cream to decorate the cake cause mine keeps melting . I love to use whipped cream in side and out side too. My kids always love cream cakes.

Whip the cream on the lowest speed for a few seconds before applying it to the cake. And when you smooth it out don't apply to much pressure while smoothing it out.
