@@COLTSWAY just did it this morning along with the CCV reroute (those back bolts kicked my ass). I waiting to do it when I had everything torn apart from the other installs. It was not bad at all since mine is a 19 all of my connections were quick connect. It took me about an hour or so. Just painted my piping kit with duplicolor gun metal gray high heat with ceramic and spraying high gloss (with a hardener) tonight. All done with rattle cans and looks pretty damn good. I'll start assembling everything back together tomorrow as I am off this week. My SPE coolant reroute is on back order so I have to wait another week until it arrives.

@@COLTSWAYHey Brother, I know it’s been awhile since this video but I just did this mod along with the intake piping kit and ccv re route just last week. I thought I’d let you know when pulling my EGR out I damaged the fuel return line and injector. Those plastic connectors are right there under the EGR and I guess I snagged one. Plus it broke the tube off the injector. Just wanted to throw this in the comments in case it saves someone else this problem. All the research I did before hand didn’t see this mentioned by anyone. My man, thanks for watching brother! I’d just unplug the EGR. Only reason I took it out was to fit my piping kit. 99% of people just unplug it. And it depends on what CCV you have. They have changed them. But they can get blocked up and cause pressure issues, that’s how a lot of upper oil pans leak. I do like SPE CCV kit. It’s nice and can’t get clogged up. If you want to keep factory one just make sure you get the new style one. 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸

You still have that kit? The drivers side bolt sheared off on mine. I have about a half inch of threads above the block. Gonna try the nut and weld. 🤞🏻I really don’t want to pull the intake to get a better angle but guess I’ll have a latte in the meantime.

They've got the DCR replacement pump now for the CP4.2 as those things will cause some damage! They're designed for greasier European diesel yet Ford still uses them knowing they start to fail from the first time my 6.7 started in 2019! Yes I use HotShot secrets every day treatment and cummins fuel pump lubricant which hell I don't know how much it helps plus I've got a bottom filter that is stuck in the housing which nobody has ever heard of so looks like I've got to buy another housing (or with the new DCR pump from S&S doesn't need but one filter usually the top one I think don't quote me) for the bottom fuel filter and change it ASAP as ive been doing mine atleast every 10,000 miles (every other oil change) book says 20,000 miles with light duty use if I remember.. im thinking about that DCR instead of DPK hell both made by the same people and the fuel pump is permanent no more worrying! I respect Cummins (even though a 2019 6.7 powerstroke man) because they recalled the 3 years they used the CP4.2 fuel pump and put the CP3 back on for free! Now that's backing up your product!!! Hell majority of the time Ford will denie you warranty work saying you put watered or bad diesel in the truck like we're able to see what's in the damn tanks underground! Watch PTT with Arod! Good looking out on that video brother I've got to find a damn EZ Link as ive got all the hardware a buddy gave me his but said can't reuse the Lynk.. its hard as hell with the damn government controlling what I do to my truck engine! I wish we both could get the subs. @Workplaytv is killing it right now. He posts alot more then us though, but he a cool ass dude for sure. My truck would take forever to blow hot air. I live 7 miles form work and it’s all interstate. It wouldn’t start blowing hot untill I was almost to work. And it would take forever for the engine temp to get to operating temp. Not sure if it’s just in my head or not but it gets to operating temp faster since I took off the egr. Maybe just less to go threw so it heats faster?
