Thank you for this great videos, the journaling videos particularly have been my first step to move out of my victim's mindset and face on really that I need to be in control with how I react to situations my way. Journaling here I go ... hit another 5million views!!!
Do you have any videos on how to not over schedule yourself with these tasks? I have too many interests and often find myself struggling to choose which ones to focus on.
