1. Meal prepping - make it as simple and feasible as possible 2. Cut out gluten, sugar, caffeine, dairy, soy (especially for men), & alcohol 3. Make sure to eat enough calories, protein, and good fats (ex. avocado) 4. Eat a rainbow 5. Bone broth everyday 6. Sleep early, sleep at least 7 hr 7. Commit to detox for a minimum of 21 days 8. Detox away from technology - try off from screen a couple of hours before bed - relax 9. Detox from toxic people

Hi doc., Im 9 years TTC, Im now on my 7mos. in healthy lifestyle. Since my fertility doctor here in the philippines advice to do that, I have endocervical myoma 2 cm. 3 HSG failed. He advice me for surgery and IVF . Is there a chance to conceive naturally?
I'm not a Dr, but having more than a dozen miscarriages, I've learned that right away isnt the best time to do anything, but allow your body to rest and heal, at least for the next month. My heart breaks for you and what you're experiencing right now. Your hormones are gonna be so crazy, if you've never experienced one before. Make sure you're drinking a lot of water or fluids so you're not dehydrated. But use this time to allow yourself to grieve the loss of your precious baby... my prayers are with you Lil mamma ❣️
