nope, I think that to develop your/ one's self esteem, it is necessary to do something with other people, even the general public. But not alone. doing it alone would be just like reading text books about it, therory. Theory can't help with one's actual self esteem. . Is that sunrise or sunset? I'll bet it is sunset !!
