Ervin is a Messiah! This is best self-help video I have ever seen and literally has saved my life! I had chronic lower back pain and have spent thousands of GBP seeking medical advice which have been a waste of time and money. I now watch and apply Ervin's video every morning and after workouts and it has done wonders for my back and general well being. Thank you so much Ervin !!! 32 minutes! That's amazing! The first thing that I'm doing after a bussy day is to put play on your video and start the exercises! It is very helpful to listen and see exactly how I need to do the stretches correctly. I started 3 days ago and the results are very rapid! I'm much better now as lately I had back pain during the sleep. I'll keep practicing every day! Thank you so much for your video!

Thank you. I enjoyed the pacing, and this was a nice change from the pressure that flow/vinyasa yoga puts on my injured shoulder. I am hoping it will help my shoulder and sciatica.

@jamessa waqa I do have back pain at times. But these exercises help to keep the pain away. Be sedentary (lots of sitting) our bodies start to develop a weak core and back pain. Hope you continue to follow some of my exercises. Best of luck to you.

Wow Rob! That's too bad. Give yourself time to heal properly. Eat enough foods that are high in calcium. Taking cod liver oil would help strengthen the bones also. Do poses that are putting you in discomfort. Be sure to give yourself time to heal properly. Good luck.

@Jamessa. be sure to keep strengthening your abs and stretch out your hip flexors also strengthen your lower back will help reduce lower back pain. good luck.
You can easily take away your back-pain permanently by change your eating plan slightly - I've try and now almost relief all the pain. I'm sure you should try it
You are correct Ruby. I sure eat really healthy and have eliminated my back pain. Unless I do lots of outdoor labor like shoveling or gardening at times. Wow Ive lived with lower back pain for three years and in half an hour its fixed.....thanks so much!.....Hay if you suffer back pain yourself does that mean that theres no cure? just prevention?.....if I keep doing this exercise will I be immune to back pain?
