In this video, we do an experiment. We dial in the Gaggia Classic Pro for espresso, using the 1Zpresso Jx-Pro for the first time, with bean brand new to me: the Höga Kusten Harrar. In this experiment, I go through 4 trials, trying to find the sweet spot for a proper 1:2 ratio of espresso to yield in around 25 seconds. I also use distilled water with an additive from Third Wave Water, which allows the coffee to shine, and also prolongs the longevity of the machine.
