How to do 98-02 Camaro brake conversion on 93-97 Camaro!!!

Parts that will be needed for the swap:
98-02 Camaro/Firebird Spindles
98-02 Camaro/Firebird Brake Rotors
98-02 Camaro/Firebird Brake Calipers
98-02 Camaro/Firebird Brake Pads
98-02 Camaro/Firebird Brake Banjo Bolt
Mods necessary for best results:
Modify Factory 93-97 Camaro/Firebird Hardline Bracket to mount further out and bend the tab a little less than 90°.
You can reuse Factory 93-97 Camaro:
•Brake hoses
•Hub Assemblies
•Possibly Factory Spindles with Ears cut off(just won’t look as clean)

No I had already done all the suspension stuff before I really got into RU-vid. Most of the suspension stuff actually came off of my other Camaro I had prior to this one.

What did you do for the rear?

As of now it’s just powerstop LT1 brakes, but I plan to get something like a 9in rear one day and will probably change the brakes up then.

Doing this same swap also with the k frame on mine for anyone else cutting the ears off is a waste of time bolts won’t line up just get used knuckles from hawks motorsports

I got some used spindles and it definitely just made it easier. Looks cleaner too.
