I just gave myself one and times have changed but WOW I am LOVING it. Products for your daily hair are so much better and not having to use heat on your hair is amazing. Cosmetology school really taught me a lot. I wish I could go back to work lol

Ms. Tammy, I haven't see this process since 1990 when I had a curl. And out of all the videos currently posted, this is the BEST ! You are so talented and knowledgeable in hair. Thank you so much for educating and sharing this with us... It is so important that you go to someone that knows how to do a curl, because I knew of people whose hair broke and fell out due to them, not properly completing the process.

You probably should get it evaluated now. If you are not trimming right now, you probably will have damage and need to trim or cut when you get your jheri curl
@@AuthenticDeception decided not to get it after all I didn't want to cut all my hair off & start over. Maybe 1 day I might get it but for now I'm good but I luv looking at other ppl get theirs done🙂
I would love to get a Jerry Curl...back in the day it made my hair grow so thick and healthy. Can it be put on texlaxed hair. I know a perm can be put over a jerry curl because when I got tired of my Jerry curl and it had got old with a bunch of new growth, I permed my hair.
I got one yesterday and will continue getting it on my very long coarse hair to wear under my wigs.. I love how it softens my hair and makes it easy to manage

You should never apply product to front hairline first. You'll end up with empty edges. Apply to the neckline first and work your way up. Thank me later.
Stop posting these videos,I know you are a licensed cosmetologist but others watching are not and will believe they can do this at home and both of us know this is advanced cosmetology,when working with chemicals like this.
@@sodontld but there are children and especially teens that watch these videos,I mention it because I saw one using these products incorrectly,I can only get these products through Sally's so I know even if they sell them online it's not a good thing,point blank level up.Its irresponsible and you should know better.
You can’t tell someone what to post to their RU-vid. As you said she’s a licensed cosmetologist! She’s not responsible for someone who tries something at home. There are videos on RU-vid on how to fix a furnace, that’s dangerous too… do you harass them and tell them to take their videos down? This is dumb.
